As usual, SC Bern led the way in terms of regular-season home attendance in Europe during the 2015–16 hockey season. Read below to find out how the rest of the CHL fared.

The IIHF has released its annual attendance report and, as usual, clubs from the Champions Hockey League are among the leaders.
For the 15th consecutive season, the leader is SC Bern of the Swiss NLA, who averaged 16,145 at Post Finance Arena. In second place were Eisbaren Berlin of the German DEL, who averaged 13,021 at Mercedes Benz Arena. Both clubs were also highly ranked in the CHL – Bern were 3rd with an average of 5,994 and Berlin were 4th at 5,210 in the pan-European competition.
The top two clubs in CHL attendance – Adler Mannheim (7,551) and Dusseldorfer EG (6,232), also ranked fairly well in Europe – Mannheim 5th (11,657) and DEG 15th (8,012). Other CHL clubs in the top 10 were Switzerland's ZSC Lions Zurich (9,818) and CHL champions Frolunda Gothenburg of the Swedish Hockey League (9,312).
It should be noted that of the teams ranked in the top 100, HC Kosice (4,949 – 3,723) and Storhamar Hamar (4,924 – 3,770) both drew more than 30 percent more fans to CHL home games than to those in the Slovak Extraliga and Norwegian Ligaen, respectively. Overall, 36 of the 48 teams that competed in the CHL this past season made the list.
