IFK and TPS dead even

There's not much to choose between IFK Helsinki and TPS Turku. They're two of the better teams in the Finnish Liiga and they're tied with a goal each halfway through their Round of 32 series. The winner of Tuesday's game in Helsinki will go forward.

IFK Helsinki head coach Antti Tormanen seemed pleased with getting the win on the road, and would like to see his team get a similar start at home.

“I think we had a good start, the first period was totally about us. The second period was even but sadly they scored there,” he said. “We tried to get the winning goal there (in the third period) but we couldn't capitalize on the power play.”
