Skelleftea AIK vs Vienna Capitals

As Skelleftea have already qualified, the Vienna Capitals head north with two chances to try and take care of qualification to the next round. A win in Skelleftea would take them to within a point of the next round, and also give them a shot at winning the group outright, while a loss would see them with two games against KalPa to decide who follows Skelleftea into the next round.

"It's going to be a difficult challange. We have to stay focussed and avoid mistakes. It will be important to play our game, to wait for chances and to score," said Capitals' forward Rafael Rotter. "This will be the key to win the game. We know that we can succeed as we showed it in the first game against Skelleftea!"

In that first meeting between the teams in the Austrian capital, it was the goaltending of J.P. Lameroux and an overtime goal by Jamie Fraser that made the difference.
